He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Allen. He is survived by: his mother Letitia Rowland (Earles); his sister Pam Mayo of Seymour; and his wife Carolyn. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews and several aunts and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Morgan County Humane Society, or the American Lung Association.
