He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Mercedes Miller (Allen); his former wife Elwanda Miller; and his son Mark Miller. He is survived by: his wife Paula D. Miller (Williams); his children, Rick Miller, John Miller (Debbie), Jason Smith (Ashley) and Sherri Brummett (Russell); his brother Kenny Miller (Jenny); his grandchildren, Valerie Fraker (Doug), Abigail Beaver, Luke Beaver, Shania Smith, Jadon Smith, Niki Justice (Kris), Duane Brummett (Katie) and Catrina Brummett; and his great grandchildren, Ben Fraker, Sophie Fraker, Nate Fraker, Kayden Justice, Asher Justice, Jaylen Davis, Amani Brummett and Alana Brummett.
