He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edward Bissell and Alberta Cloe Bissell (Hern). He is survived by: his spouse Marine; his daughter Renée Bissell-Cole; his son-in-law Travis Cole of Marion, IN; his grandchildren, Olivia Cole Radue (David) of Fitchburg, MA., Dillon Edward (Amanda Bitner), Avonlea Jane Radue of Fitchburg, MA., William L. Radue of Fitchburg, MA. and Sylvia Mae Radue of Fitchburg, MA.; and his sister Louise Ratliff. He is also survived by four nephews and two nieces, and several cousins as well as old friends.
