He is survived by: his parents, Gary Eugene Smith and Brenda Joyce Smith (Ault); his grandmother Joyce Eicks; his siblings, Dawn Mills (Jason Spivey) and Sean Smith; his nieces and nephews, Paige Parks (Quentin), Trent Ballew (Morgan), Nicholas Mills and Kayleigh Mills; and his aunt Barbara Martin. He is also survived by several cousins along with a host of friends.
