She is survived by: her husband John Duane Carpenter of Martinsville; her children, Julie Chittum (Chris) of Greenwood, William Mullis (Michelle) of Franklin, Michael Mullis of Franklin, Brandon Mullis (Misty) of Martinsville, Rebecca Whedon (George) of Martinsville, Pam Breedlove (Terry) of Martinsville and Janet Vermillion of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Jerid Mullis (Shannon), Krista Kelly (AJ), Shelby Thomas (Matt), Sierra Mullis, Mackenzie Chittum, Gracie Mullis, Tyler Breedlove, Elizabeth Chittum, Ashley Mullis and Isabella Chittum; and her great grandchildren, Huntley Mullis, Emma Kelley and Henry Kelley. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
