He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Howard and Zola Howard Woods (Hamblin); his brothers, Emery Howard and Asbury F. Howard; and his sister-in-law Nellie Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Lori Howard; his brothers, Morris K. Howard (Janice) of Mooresville, Indiana and David Woods (Elaine) of Krypton, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Howard of Martinsville, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel (585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
