She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl A. Baker and Mildred Baker (Clark); her husband Ivan K. Foltz; her children, Randall Keith Foltz and Vickie Lowhorn; her brothers, Earl A. Baker, Jr., Dick Jarrett, James Baker and Bill Baker; her nephews, Michael Jarrett, Paul Baker and Toke Foltz; and her great grandchild Ricky Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Jon Walls and Tim Walls; her grandchildren, Brooke Record, Sam Walls, Sarah Arnott and Jessi Walls; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Terry and Jon Arnott.
