It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Burkhart (Martinsville, Indiana), who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison "Banjo" and Daisy Martin (Stewart); her husband Mike Burkhart; and her siblings, Jim, Bill Martin, Ruth Dow, Mildred Owens and Phyllis Forney.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Burkhart (Carolyn) of Martinsville and Teresa Frye (David) of Martinsville; her stepson Jim Burkhart (Donna) of Martinsville; and her granddaughters, Torie Fraker (Charlie) of Martinsville and Jade Berkemeier (Matt) of Greensburg. She is also survived by two step granddaughters; eight grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, there will be a visitation with a limited number of guests on Friday, January 29th, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service immediately following the visitation at 5:00 pm.
