He is survived by: his children, Chris Spradlin (Shelbie) and Kelli Worthington (Anthony); and his siblings, Nancy Forler (Mike), Vicky Elberts (Rusty), David Spradlin and Jody Spradlin (Melissa). He is also survived by 5 grandsons.
