With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Robert Brandenburg of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024 at the age of 78. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin O. Brandenburg and Mabel Irene Brandenburg (McClure); his wife Sherry Kaye (Sterling); his close friend Sherry Brandenburg; his daughters, Rhonda Ann Pruett (Jim), Michelle Dawn Keller (Chip) and Sheila Renee Hymel (Neil); his grandchildren, Alec Pruett (Ellen), Emmah Keller (Charlie Griswald), Ben Keller and Sidney Hymel; and his siblings, Darlene Link and Ronald Brandenburg. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donating to the American Heart Association as Michael suffered with severe heart problems during his lifetime.
