He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucian Gatchel, Sarah Stock, John and Ethel Hyatt; his stepparents, Donald Borski and Kathryn Beasley; his stepsiblings, Lora Livingston, Kerry Borski and Donald Beasley; and also Anna Sharee Hyatt.
He is survived by: his parents, Norman Hyatt of Martinsville and Arlene Borski (Gatchel) of Greenwood; his wife Alta Hyatt of Munice; his children, Stacey Cordray (Kody) of Mitchell, Randall Hyatt of Martinsville, Johnny Hyatt (Danielle) of Martinsville and Robert Hyatt of Munice; his grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Alexa, Lakota, Sophia, Ashlynn, Elijah and Abel Hyatt; his siblings, Martin Hyatt (Debbie) of Martinsville, Mark Hyatt (Ann) of Greenwood and Julianne Prine (Buster) of Greenwood; and his stepsiblings, Beth Borski of Speedway and Bill Beasley.
