He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frederick Woodard and Doris Joan (Hubbs). He is survived by: his children, Michael Earl Woodard II (Jacquie) of Martinsville, Shane Woodard (Kerstin) of Martinsville and Heather Woods (Steven) of Martinsville; and his sisters, Lori Thomas (David) of Martinsville, Lisa Edwards (Ed) of Martinsville, Lynn Woodard-Davenport of Martinsville and Janet Fontaine (Ron) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren.
