He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Carlisle and Noline Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Carlisle (Pettit); his siblings, Dale Adamson, Roger Carlisle and Phyllis Phillips; and his children, Samantha Brooks (Josh), Jennifer Carlisle, Michael Carlisle, Ronald Pettit, Wesley McCleary and Annapearl Bailey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
