He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Glen Clark and Genevieve June Clark Miller (Bastin); his stepfather Elbie Miller; his brother Robert D. Clark; his stepbrothers, Kenneth Miller and Michael Miller; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Marie Neal.

He is survived by: his former wife Patricia A. Neal; his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Clark; his daughters, Susan Master and Teresa Parmerlee Wagner (Don); his grandsons, Joshua A. Parmerlee and Nathan A. Wagner; and his stepsister Linda Davis (Gerry).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to his memorial GoFundMe page to help with funeral costs or make a donation to the First Church of the Nazarene Food Pantry.
