She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Watkins and Donna Kay Blevins (Cherry); her husband John Ray; her brothers, Kevin Watkins, Richard Watkins and James Watkins; her daughters, Shanda Watkins and Sara Arnold; and her grandchildren, Parris Wall, Shinem Ross, Marky Watkins, Logan Jones, Aubrey Jones, James Samples, Jenna Samples, Jaylen Samples and Jeffrey Samples. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Costin Funeral Chapel (539 E Washington St, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
