He is survived by: his wife Robyn Michele Stout (Deck); his children, Randall James Stout (Shannon Rose), Michelle Lee Davis (Nicholas Daniel), Helen Louise Couch (Steven), Brandy Virgil (Jeremy), Sarah Renee Stout (Jonathon Cady) and Zachary Van Bibber; his friend James "Bub" Parker; his siblings, Gordon Dwight Stout (Darlene), Delilah Fauber, Caleb "Tater" Stout (Jacqueline), Venetta "Angie" Chapman (Steve), Norman Stout (Jill), Priscilla Mosier (Donald) and Michael Stout (Sondra); and his grandchildren, Benjamin "Jacob" McConnell, Bryson Stout, William Bryant, Hunter Stout, Ayden Davis of Alexander Davis, D. J, Matthew Virgil, Anthony Virgil and Jaiden Virgil.
