She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Roscoe Bailey and Thelma Estella (Herbert); her sons, David Ross, Ronald Clarke and Jeffery Allen; her husband Jack; and her brother Dale V. Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, John M. Rosenbalm (Rose) and Robin Uhrig (John); her brother Dr. James R. Bailey (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Stormy Rosenbalm, John Vernon Rosenbalm (Carmen), Clare Cummings (Chris) and Daniel Rosenbalm; and her great grandchild Estella Rosenbalm.
