She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frederick and Eva Nellie Flake (Musgrave). She is survived by: her children, Steve Schlegel (Pam) of Indianapolis, Patricia "Patty" Ward (Jim) of Cicero, Jackie Gray (Greg) of Maryville and Carolyn Sprouse (John) of Greenwood; and her brother John Flake of Florida. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
