She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Robert and Marie Elizabeth Johnson (Lyons); her husband Ronald Lee Owens; her siblings, Lillian Benjamin, Ruth Ann Toschlog, Edward Robert Johnson, Jr. and Donald Johnson; and her great grandchild Caroline Rose Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Wade (Floyd) of Martinsville, Rodney Owens (Crystal) of Eminence and Ronald Owens Jr. (Randi) of Martinsville; and her siblings, James Johnson of Richmond, Perry Johnson of Union City, Indiana, Jane Ellen Zook of Swartz Creek and Alice Boughner of Richmond. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
