He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Pershing Cook and Velma Cleo Cook (Jones); and his sister Linda Napier. He is survived by: his pet Harley; his children, Marlin Dean "Marty" Cook, Brandon Cook (Dawn Sailer) and Stefanie Davis (Dustin); his siblings, Suzanne Stone, Kelly D. Cook (Debra) and Kenneth R. Cook (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Shane T., Jacob D., Dylan L., Tyler D., Brandi N. Cook and Noah T. Davis.
In lieu of flowers, Marty requested that memorial contributions be made in his name to the Indiana House Rabbit society where his son Brandon volunteers at http://www.indianahrs.org.
