She is survived by: her husband Arnold "Bruce" Skaggs; her children, William "Todd" Skaggs and Reba Diane Coffey; her sister Betty Terrell; and her grandchildren, Wilson Lee Roembke, Caleb Coffey and Payton Coffey.
