She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lance and Nora LaVerne Lance (Blyth); her husband Loyd G. Hacker; and her children, Loyd James "Jim", Mary LaMar and Nora Lebo.
She is survived by: her children, George Dean Hacker, Louella Nuetzman, Ruth Caywood, Bertha Randolph and Sharon Rodebaugh. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; 22 great great grandchildren; 1 great great great granddaughter.
