She is survived by: her children, Jack Brock and Cheryl Forsythe; her sister Joann Shrake; her grandchildren, Theresa Bernhard, Dewayne Brock, Nikki Day and Brad Mason; and her great grandchildren, Landon Day, Emily Day, Chase Mason, Torri Mason, Christina Bernhard, Justine Thompson and Miles Brock.
