He was predeceased by: his daughter Jo Ellen Hostetler; and his siblings, Maurice Glenn Cramer and Mary Ellen Sims. He is survived by: his spouse Violet Ann Cramer (Holsapple); his children, Larry Cramer of Martinsville, Billy Cramer of Martinsville and Vickey Craig of Paragon; and his wife Joyce A. "Joy" Ramsey-Cramer (Whaley). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
