She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Johnson and Ina Frances Traylor (Jordan); her husbands, Tony L. Mihalis and Preceding; her daughter Amy Leigh Mihalis; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Henry Traylor.
She is survived by: her grandson Leo Mihalis; her brother James Leon Traylor; her stepchildren, Shane Wilson, Josh Brewer and Toni Cahill; and her nephews, Davis and Michael Traylor. She is also survived by 12 step grandchildren.
The family request no flowers please. In lieu of flowers and gifts, they ask for donations to the hospice house who loved her and cared for her during her final days.
