He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Prentice. He is survived by: his mother Carole Prentice (Kennedy); his daughters, Kennedy (Phillip Daprile) and Katherine; his wife Heather; his daughter Caroline Prentice; and his siblings, Kirk Prentice (LaTona), Kay Rhyne and Kerrie Milenbaugh (Paul). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
