He was predeceased by: his brothers, Timothy Fulford and Robert Fulford. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Fulford of Martinsville; his children, Kenneth Fulford Jr. of Madisonville, KY and Tausha Kimmel of Martinsville; his brothers, Matt Sheldon and Dennis Sheldon of Camby; his grandchildren, Alexus Hopkins, Suszanne Hopkins, Joshua Fulford and Jasmine Fulford; and his great grandchild Elaina Hopkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked contributions to be made to the funeral home to assist with the final expenses.
