She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin H. Decker and Eva Mae Decker (Johnson); and her brother Stanley L. Decker. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. "Bob" Harp; her son Robert C. Harp; her siblings, Ronnie H. Decker (Janice) of Somerset, Donnie R. Decker (Susan) of Shelbyville, Lester D. Decker (Claudia) of Eubank, Arnold Keith Decker of Somerset, Kenneth Allen Decker (Mary) of Eubank and Melinda Godbey (David) of Somerset, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Nicole Mock (Issac), Austin Harp and Bayli Harp.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome charitable donations to the Morgan County Humane Society or the Parkinson's Foundation in honor of Kathy's memory.
