He is survived by: his children, Jesse Gutierrez of Martinsville, Jerry Gutierrez of Martinsville, John Gutierrez Jr. of Fishers, Thomas Gutierrez (Pam) of Center Grove, Rose Quakenbush (Steve) of Florida, Dolores Bennett (Brad) of New York and Martha Diamond (Tim) of Indiana; his sisters, Maria Gutierrez of Texas, Petra Lopez of Alaska and Frances Gutierrez of Texas; his grandchildren, Darcy Silcox, Samantha Gutierrez, Christopher Gutierrez, Austin Gutierrez, Matthew Gutierrez, Cassie Gutierrez, Lance Gutierrez, Brooke Diamond, Colby Diamond and Jesseca Bennett; his stepgrandchildren, Mandy Greenberg and Ryan Quakenbush; his great grandchildren, Alexander Laureano and Azellia Silcox; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Oliver Greenberg and Lucas Quakenbush.
