She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harley and Annabell Lee Batcheller (Elkin); her husband William Thomas "Bill" Elliott; her son Robert Dale Elliott; her granddaughters, Danielle Jaskiewicz and Darby Elliott; and her sister Dorothy Mae Batcheller.

She is survived by: her children, Brian William Elliott of Martinsville, Deborah Joyce Costin (Kenny) of Martinsville and Richard Donald Elliott (Dawn) of Martinsville; her daughter-in-law Tina Elliott of Unionville; her grandchildren, Amy Beth Purkey of Colleen Martin, A. J, Robert Elliott, Aubrey Elliott, Reese Elliott, Josiah Elliott, Keziah Elliott, Eli Elliott, Ezra Elliott, Hadassah Elliott and Jubilee Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Lily Martin, William "Will" Purkey, Hailey Martin, Emerson Purkey and Raelyn Costin.
