He is survived by: his wife Tonnie Arthur of Martinsville; his daughters, Sarah Smith of Martinsville and Talena Smith of Martinsville; his siblings, Tom Arthur (Rhonda) of Martinsville, Mary Thacker (Eugene) of Martinsville and Debbie Arthur of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Trenton Pfaff, Tylea Kern, Tonnie, Talea, Tanner Fife and Ashlyn Brooks (Anthony Leitzman); and his great grandchild Avani Pfaff. He is also survived by his family and friends.
