He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Noble and Mary Katherine Kouns (Fulwider). He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Kouns (Gilly); his daughters, Jamie Kouns and Nicole Kouns; and his siblings, Gene Kouns (Marlene) and Linda Stahl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
