He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Bolin (Hawkins) of Martinsville; his children, John E. Bolin (Monica) and Christina Ann Blake (Anthony); his brother Wendell Bolin (Marci) of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Kelliann Boger (Ernest), Tyler, Trevor Blake, Jessica and Bryan Bolin (Janie); and his great grandchildren, Liam and Camden Boger.
