He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wallace and Juanita M. Basham (Moore); and his siblings, David Basham and Elva Grace Basham. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Basham (Smith); his children, John W. Basham (Jessica) of Mishawaka, Linda Bennett (Jesse) of Martinsville and Melissa Livengood (Kris) of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Ham, Heather Araos, Ryan Stutz, Mia Livengood, Landon Livengood, Trenton Livengood, Calianne Livengood and Beckett Basham. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
