He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Cummins and Frank Cummins; and his sister Joan "Bonnie" Liggett. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his siblings, Joe Cummins (Sandy), Sondra Shinnamon, Bob Cummins (Rosie) and Cathy Harris (Mike); his former spouse Jean Kirschner Cummins; his sons, Tim Cummins (Christine) and Greg Cummins; his stepson Kris Shorter (Jaime); and his grandchildren, Jackie, Emily and Kendall. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
