Byrd (Cummings) of Martinsville; his children, Brittany Scott (Dylan) of Danville, Dylan Kelsay (Jourdyn) of Camby and Allie Megl (Kaymen) of West Lafayette, Indiana; his brother Joseph Byrd (Rita) of Franklin, Indiana; his grandchildren, Chandler, Damien, Iva, Lila Jane, Rachel, Evan and Maggie; his parents-in-law, Duane and Pat Cummings of Martinsville, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Cummings of Martinsville, Indiana and Jerry Cummings (Karen) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
