It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ellen Arpi of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Bethel, Connecticut, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father George Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Jason Pennell (Mary) of Chambersburg, Jessica Pennell of Chambersburg, Kimberly Arpi of Fortville, Gabriella Campion (Cameron) of Chambersburg and Becca Arpi of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Rian, Charlie, Gracelynn, Paxtyn, Lyanna, Cecilia, Jack and Finnigan; and her siblings, Paul Phillips of South Carolina and Ruth Bodnar (Kevin) of Connecticut.
