She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Wiley and Delpha Wiley (Clary); and her husband Stephen J Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Herb A Higgins (Carrie) and Laura A Higgins (Bunnie); her brother Richard Wiley (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Stephen Higgins (Ashley), Haley Higgins (Erik), Hope Lancaster, Kavan Speck (Dayle) and Sam Speck; her great grandchildren, Ellie and Sophie; and her grandchildren, Zayden, Aralee and Tobias.
