James Skaggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Skaggs (Martinsville, Indiana), who passed away on October 27, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. "Shorty" and Mary E. Skaggs (Messmer); his sons, James Chance Skaggs and Patrick James Skaggs; and his brothers, Johnny Bob Skaggs and Keith Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Skaggs (Rutan); his children, Harold Chad Skaggs (Tootie) of Martinsville and Angela L. "Angie" Skaggs of Martinsville; his brother David "Fuzz" Skaggs of Martinsville; his daughter-in-law Tracie Skaggs; his grandchildren, Taylor DeRossett, Spencer Skaggs, Sydney Skaggs and Sadie Skaggs; and his great grandchildren, Amelia DeRossett and Einar DeRossett.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or Shriners Children's Hospital.
