He is survived by: his wife Wanda Joyce (Collier); his children, Jim McCartney (Liz) of Martinsville, Joe McCartney (Donnette) of Martinsville, Cynthia McCartney of Colorado and Beth Meehan (John) of Fishers, IN; his sister Esther Suter of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Jim McCartney (Tori), Rachel Tuttle (Brad), Frank McCartney (Dee), Samanta McCartney (Jen Brown), Brittany Curtis (Matt), Madeline and Will Meehan. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
