He is survived by: his children, Melody Smith of Martinsville, Richard Smith of Martinsville and Mike Smith (Loretta) of Linton; his children-in-law, Tammie Hovious and Larry Balsley; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Lewis of Martinsville, Seirra Smith of Martinsville, Miranda Smith of Paragon, Lana Smith of Martinsville, Bailey Smith of Martinsville, Allisha Lewis of Ellettsville, Bub Smith of Paragon, Weston Smith of Martinsville, Ricky Casey of Martinsville, Caitlyn Smith of Bloomington and Gavin Smith of Linton; and his brothers, Dennis Casey (late Greta) of Indianapolis, David Casey (Ronda) of Indianapolis and Jimmy Casey of Mooresville. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
