He is survived by: his wife Robin Elaine Barker; his children, James Barker III (Hope), Shannon Barker, Nina Thomas (Chad) and Elisabeth Barker; and his siblings, Janice Sparks, William Barker and Matt Barker (Kim). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
