He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl A. Baker and Mildred Baker (Clark); his wife E. Irene Baker; his sons, James E. Baker and Paul A. Baker; and his brothers, Earl A. Baker, Jr., Dick Jarrett and Bill Baker.
He is survived by: his children, John O. Baker and Laurie A. Brock; his sister Patricia Foltz; his grandchildren, Larry Smith, Madison-Rachelle Welton, Tiffany Smith, Harleigh Baker and Alec Flores; his stepgrandchildren, Julia Lennartz, Amanda Lee, Jazmine Gregory, Joey Gee, Robert Gee, Jason Gee, Colton Sanders and Jeremiah Brock; his great grandchildren, Kenleigh Ann, Terrance, Echo, Eleanor and Ryleigh; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Abagayle, Alyzah, Taylor, Cameron, Eli, Isaac, Jamie and Lacy.
