He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Underhill of December; his wife Susan Kingston; his children, Tim Kingston (Layla) and Alicia Wallen (Jimmy); his stepchildren, Brent Baker (Allison), Ryan Baker (Gina) and Megan Prater (Chris); his sister Cathy Holbrook (Fred); his brother-in-law Jim Koehlinger; and his grandchildren, Jack, Brody, Anna, Bryson, Owen, Jameson, Paige, Maddox and Duke.
