He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion B. O'Neal and Cecile June O'Neal (McDaniel); his brother Duane O'Neal; and his siblings-in-law, Helen, Kay O'Neal and Pete Bolin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Bob" O'Neal, John O'Neal (Peggy), Joyce Bolin of Martinsville and Dolores "Cookie" Collier (Jerome) of Martinsville. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Due to the current restriction resulting from COVID-19, Jack's funeral arrangements will be private.
