Jack Keith Bergman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Keith Bergman of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Bergman and Mary Jane Bergman (Watson). He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Hamilton (Nick), Sheila Chafin of Martinsville, Karen Goldman (Marty) of Durango, CO and Sandra Dixon (Simon) of Tallahassee, FL; and his siblings, John Bergman of Clearwater, FL, Imogene Thomas of Martinsville, Mary Jane Ratts of Martinsville and Barbara Adkins of Martinsville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
