Hugh Nutter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 81, Hugh Nutter of Martinsville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Landis and Winona Nutter (Ramsey); his wife Sharon M. Richardson; his son Charles Nutter; and his siblings, Darrell "Buster" Nutter, Baby William Leon Nutter, Deloris Virginia Myrick, Arlene Royer, Shirley Skaggs, Nancy Sebert and Kathryn Evans.
He is survived by: his daughter LaDeana Compton; his grandchildren, Mykayli Tucker, Ryan Nutter (Jerri) and Adam Nutter; his great grandchildren, Brody Nutter, Gianna Nutter and Skylar Nutter; his sister Sue Ingles (Terry); and his close friend Carolyn Sue Balay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Costin Funeral Chapel (539 E Washington St, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indiana University Health Hospice House, 2810 S Deborah Drive, Bloomington, Indiana 47403.
