He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Fulford and Fernia M. Fulford (Hughes); his significant other Annice Fulford (Cobb); his daughter Judith Fulford; and his siblings, Ione Means, Naomi Hinson, James F. and Harry Herbert Fulford.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Fulford of Noblesville, IN and Bonita "Bonnie"; his son-in-law Richard Landgrebe of Bloomington, IN; his grandchildren, Kyle Richard Landgrebe (Kara) of Ellettsville, IN, Jason Scott Landgrebe (Fontaine) of Solsberry, IN and Michelle LeAnn Fulford (Paul Ealy) of Danville, IN; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Kimmie, Grady, Titus, Mason and Gabriel.
It was Hoby's request that donations be made in lieu of flowers to the First Christian Church or The Haven Youth Center in his memory.
