With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Louise Tackett of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Tennessee, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Luther Robinson and Wittie Mai Donoho (Sutton); her spouse Autry McCoy Tackett; her grandson Josh Ellis; her great grandchild Dayton Brummett; and her siblings, Walter Glenn, Harvey "Buddy", Billy Robinson, Helen Harper and Linda Shrum.
She is survived by: her children, Autry McCoy "Buddy" Tackett Jr. (Laurie) of Martinsville and Candy Tackett of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Coy, Alisha, Emily, Jenna Tackett, Roxanne Gardner, Angela Brummett and Crystal Cooper; and her sisters, Ruth Andrews of Portland, TN, Clara Lucas of Greenwood, IN, Betty Reid of Lafayette, TN. and Shelia Brockette of Lafayette, TN.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
