He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Forguites and Cora Forguites (Maher); his wife Betti Lou Forguites (Baugh); his daughter Deborah Herbert of Cleveland; and his siblings, Clyde Richard Forguites, Charles Marvin Forguites, Mary Louise Fulvi and Carol Anne McManus.
He is survived by: his daughter Candice Forguites of Azusa, California; his granddaughters, Jessica Forguites of Cleveland, Christine Herbert of Cleveland and Mary Senkpiel of Chicago, Illinois; and his nephew Charles Forguites. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
